Learning Month

At TransAlta, providing ongoing learning, development and leadership opportunities forms part of our intentional Learning Culture. In our annual dedicated Learning Month in June, employees had a unique opportunity to come together for immersive learning experiences.

Learning Month also featured opportunities for employees to stretch their thinking and learn new skills, including a softball tournament, reflecting on our ongoing partnerships with Indigenous communities, and celebrating the diversity and inclusion of our 2SLGBTQ+ community at TransAlta.
