Kelly Galloway

Kelly Galloway is the Director, Corporate Legal and Corporate Secretary at TransAlta Corporation.

With 15 years of experience in corporate law, capital markets, and corporate governance, Kelly provides legal leadership across a range of matters including public disclosure, corporate secretarial functions, and financial transactions. She plays a critical role in ensuring that TransAlta adheres to best practices in governance and maintains its strong reputation for integrity and accountability.

Prior to joining TransAlta, Kelly held progressively senior legal roles at TC Energy, where she played a key part in supporting the company’s capital markets activities.
