On Friday, April 28, 2023, TransAlta Corporation (“TransAlta”) (TSX: TA) (NYSE: TAC) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders at 12:30 p.m. Mountain Time (2:30 p.m. ET) in a virtual-only meeting format via live audio webcast. TransAlta will only conduct the formal business of the meeting and there will not be a management presentation following the formal business of the meeting.

On Thursday, May 4, 2023, TransAlta Renewables Inc. (“TransAlta Renewables”) (TSX:RNW) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (12:00 p.m. ET) in a virtual-only meeting format via live audio webcast. Q1 2023 Earnings Release, Conference Call and Webcast

TransAlta and TransAlta Renewables will release their first quarter 2023 results before markets open on Friday, May 5, 2023. A conference call and webcast to discuss the results will be held for investors, analysts, members of the media and other interested parties the same day beginning at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time (11:00 a.m. ET).
