Oldman

Oldman wind facility is located North of Pincher Creek East of the Oldman River Dam and consists of 2 x Vestas V80 at 1.8 MW for each turbine for a total of 3.6 MW. Purchased by TransAlta in 2021.

These turbines can produce, on average, 10000 megawatt hours of electricity each year, enough to supply approximately 1,400 average Alberta households.
