Corporate Code of Conduct TransAlta has a policy that requires all employees to adhere to the company's "Corruption of Foreign Officials" policy which states: "Employees are strictly prohibited from directly, or indirectly, offering officials of foreign government bribes for the company." The policy recognizes the requirement of the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions. |
